Refilling your candle is simple and designed to reduce waste while keeping your vessel in use for years to come.

1. Allow your candle to fully cool - once your candle has finished burning, allow any remaining wax to harden completely

2. Remove the empty wax insert - add some hot water to the pot allowing the remaining wax to soften slightly, then lift out the wax insert from your Jesmonite vessel

3. Clean the vessel - wipe the inside of your pot with a soft cloth to remove any residue. Avoid soaking the Jesmonite in water.

4. Insert your new refill - ensure your pot is completely dry, then gently drop your new wax refill into the vessel, ensuring it sits flat and secure

5. Trim the wick and light - trim the wick to 5mm before lighting for a clean, even burn. Ensure your wax is allowed to melt to the edge of your vessel before extinguishing on the first burn to guarantee an even burn going forward.
